I am an integrative counsellor with experience of working with a broad range of clients.  I work with adults and adolescents, and I work in a warm and friendly way.  I welcome all cultures, genders, ages and identities to my practice and my role is to listen and not judge, to explore and sometimes challenge you but always to follow your lead.

I understand that life can be difficult whatever stage in life we are at - we can find ourselves feeling low, lost or stuck.  Counselling can help you make sense of some of these thoughts and feelings and find a way through to better times.  If you are struggling with something and would like help with it, come and talk to me and see if counselling works for you.  Together we can work to find your own way through.

I work from an integrative perspective drawing on various theories and modalities. This means that I am able to use a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Gestalt to suit my client’s individual needs. I provide a confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space for clients to be able to share freely and my work will be tailored to the unique needs of each client depending on what is most suitable,

and how the client wants to work.

I have experience of working with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work related issues, difficulties stemming from childhood, trauma, neuro-diversity, self-esteem and confidence issues, bereavement, cultural struggles and exam/school pressure.
