In an emergency or where there is potential risk to life, call 999 or go straight to A&E for urgent medical assistance.  If you can't do this by yourself ask someone for help.

  • CAMHS Live nhft.nhs.uk/camhslive live online chat service with a child and adolescent mental health practitioner (monday-friday / 9am-7pm)
